FAKRO streamlines audits and quality management with auditomat®

FAKRO, one of the global leaders in the building joinery industry, has adopted a modern approach to audits and quality management. As the company and its structures continued to grow, the need arose for centralization and better coordination of audit processes across multiple subsidiaries and locations.

The implementation of the auditomat® system enabled full automation of audit activities – from planning and execution to monitoring corrective actions. As a result, audits have become faster, more transparent, and easier to manage, while FAKRO’s quality team gained a tool that supports daily work and enables data-driven decision-making.
